Rose Frantzen’s ‘Portrait of Maquoketa’ was on display from Nov 6, 2009 – July 5, 2010 at the National Portrait Gallery in Washington D.C. as part of the ‘Portraiture Now Series : Communities’ exhibition and consists of portraits of 180 people from the town of Maquoketa, Iowa.
